There are two projects running out of the Resouce Centre at Gelli Aur: They are:

• Dairy Development Centre 
• Agricultural Short Courses

Dairy Development Centre  

 The Dairy Development Centre was launched in January 2002 and is based at the Gelli Aur Farm and Technology Centre. The programme aims to facilitate the development of the Welsh dairy industry through:

• A proactive technology transfer service
• Market information
• Demonstrating best practice methods of production
• Research and Development

Short Courses  

 Coleg Sir Gâr, Gelli Aur offer a huge range of short courses tailored to suit farmer’s business needs. We offer practical skills training complying with legislation with all instructors being professionally trained and highly skilled. Run locally throughout the county, courses range from foot trimming, tractor driving, sheep shearing and many more.
